Description
A 60 square metre apartment located in a very quite area minutes away from walks by the sea shore. It is surrounded by many historic places that can be reached within a fifteen minute walk. A bus stop taking you direct to Valletta is just two minutes away.
This is a new studio apartment, semi-basement type (accessible down a short flight of stairs) enjoying a lot of light, air-conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen.
The guest can relax around a fresh water pool whilst enjoying stunning sea-view and make use of a sun-deck with two sunbeds and terrace .
The apartment has its own private entrance through a mature garden. It is an ideal place for a couple looking for a relaxing place in a friendly atmosphere.
