Description
The beautiful and quiet luxury villa "Hermes Trismegistus" covers an approximately 5,000 square meter, edged of oleanders and pine trees of land which has a charm all its own. Once you drive through the electric entrance gate the plot, you have the feeling of being in a park-like, because the long driveway to the villa is lined with roses, lavender, olive trees and other native plants. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with open kitchen. One of the bedrooms can double as a children's / Jugendendzimmer with 2 pull-out seat couches. In addition there is a separate folding bed and a fold-out sofa bed. For our younger guests, among others are available a baby bed, a child seat and child cutlery. The villa also provides a further 1 separate guest rooms with 1.40 meter wide bed and a wheelchair accessible en (Disabled items are also provided). The villa is characterized by a high degree of comfort: fireplace, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV in the living room and in all bedrooms, large swimming pool, remote controlled gate entrance, free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, iron and ironing board , bed linen, towels and beach towels, etc. In the premises of the villa, smoking is not allowed. On the covered porch with stunning views of the pool and the lawn is a large table for about 8 people. Next to the villa before the covered bar, there is another dining table for about 8 people. More seating, dining and recreational facilities can be found around the villa. Outside the villa is the 12 x 6 meter pool. This chlorine-free and at night illuminated swimming pool for cooling off and relaxing. There are wonderfully comfortable sun loungers with cushions, parasols and an outside shower. If you prefer to enjoy the sea, there are the fine and shallow sandy beach (suitable for children), just 5 minutes. To the left of the villa invites a large grassy area as a for badminton or football games. For the little ones there is a play area with a variety of toys available. Right next to the villa there is a new, shaded and covered bar. You can not just sit comfortably at the bar and round off your day leave and enjoy the warm Greek nights, but also grill with all the comforts at will or your loved ones in the illuminated watch pool splashing. Outside the bar is well above other dining table for about 8 people. Behind the villa there are numerous orange and lemon trees, you can feel free to use the vitamin supply. In addition, here load the shaded seating areas to relax. This villa is suitable for small seminars, yoga groups, etc., events, long-term visitors and wheelchairs. You'll find the absolute rest and relaxation from everyday life necessary. In about 5 minutes you reach the small town of Zacharo, with its shops, supermarkets, taverns, banks, gas stations, pharmacies and medical care.
