Description
Apartment Lucija is a cozy space for a tranquil holiday close to the sea shore. It's located in Zaton Mali, tucked away from the city bustle, yet only 10km from the heart of Dubrovnik city, the Old Town.
It's a charming space offering a double bedroom, kitchen, dining and living room. The bedroom is bright and charmingly decorated with a mediterranean air to it. The large living room opens onto a beautiful terrace with outside seating and a summer kitchen with grill. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and dishwasher, turning the preparation of your holiday meals into a delight.
The apartment is equipped with all basic amenities like dishwasher, laundry machine, oven etc.
The terrace has a summer kitchen and wood oven for barbeques.
Maja, the host, lives in the back apartment of the house, and is available to help you with any questions you might have during your stay at the apartment.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is tranquil and serene, with a delightful small town feel to it. With the beach near by, and the Old Town only 10km away it makes for a perfect place to truly relax and enjoy your holiday.
The neighborhood has almost no cars running through it, and the fact that the beach is only a 2 minute walk from the aparmtent through a pedestiran area, it makes the apartment a perfect place for families with kids.
Zaton Bay comprises of two villages which are interconnected with a beautiful lungomare, which makes for a relaxed half hour stroll along the sea. Kayaking tours can be organized nearby as well as one day island cruises.
There are a couple of restaurants, grocery shops, and a post office available within walking distance from the apartment.
Getting Around
Public transport is available from Zaton to the Old Town. The bus stop is just a 5min walk from the apartment, while the ride to the city only takes 15 minutes.
