One bedroom apartment situated on the second floor of our family house in the pictoresque bay of Zaton Mali, app 15 minutes drive north of Dubrovnik. Great place for a nice holiday by the sea.Apartment is situated on the second floor and consists of one double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and balcony with great views of the Zaton bay and the sea. In the living room there is sofa, which can be easily transformed in bed for one adult or two childrens. Private parking is available throughout the stay. Apartment offers air conditioning too.By the beach can be reached on foot, passing between the dry stone walls, green olive trees and spruce. Within just a few kilometers, there are several beaches with different characteristics. Especially the beautiful sand beach in Stikovica suitable for all ages.During July and August on the Dubrovnik Riviera, held numerous festivals that offer a rich choice of meals, drinks and songs with music by famous Croatian pop artists.If you're looking for a quiet week away then this is the place. It's a lovely new apartment in a little town about 10mins drive outside of Dubrovnik. The flat is just off the main road so you can walk to the shops or local restaurants and beaches around the edge of the bay. If you hire a car you could explore the beaches up and down the coast - as there are lots of fab little swimming spots and seafood restaurants in the towns nearby.

Getting around

Resort Radison Blue is just 2 km from my apartment where you can use open and closed pools, jaccuzzi, sauna and massages. All kind of sports you can use in Radison Sport Center: tennis (soil), football (artificial grass) with lights for night playing, table tennis, basketball, squash, billiards, fitness, pilates and so on. Of course it is for additional paying. Trsteno village has a beautiful arboretum, definitely worth the visit. You can get there by bus no.12 or no.35.

We live in the same house and are here in case you need any help or have any questions. Also there is free WiFi so we can always be reached via Viber, e-mail or mobile phone.

“Rest and relaxation”

Very clean apartment, lovely helpful family, nice restaurants nearby. Ideal location for exploring the coast by car. Dubrovnik old town is a must to visit. There are nice leisurely walks around the bay. We enjoyed Croatia very much.

“Excellent Room, View, and Hosts”

My best friend and I traveled to Croatia together in August. We drove all over the country with our longest stay in Zaton, just north of Dubrovnik. Originally we decided to stay in Zaton because it was a bit cheaper to stay there versus the city, but we were immediately pleased with our decision and would do it the same way again. The owners of apartment Toni live onsite and are so helpful. Sanja showed us our room, a perfect 1-bedroom with kitchenette and terrace, completely updated, very clean, with all the amenities you need. The apartment was complete with beers in the refrigerator and shower gels in the bathroom, a very nice touch. They live right on the road to Dubrovnik (next to a market which was very convenient), which is a little loud during the day but really can't be heard once the double doors to the living room are closed, and provides really easy access to Dubrovnik (including walk-ability to the bus!). The view from the terrace is so lovely, and the apartment is walk-able to to several restaurants, the beach, and kayak/boat/SUP rentals. Sanja and Goran were happy to answer our questions - they provided eatery recommendations, printed a bus schedule for us, helped my friend find a special gift for her dad, and did it all with a smile. Their hospitality was truly unbeatable. After touring Dubrovnik for a morning, we were especially glad to be staying out of the city in the quiet, calm, uncrowded Zaton bay. We ate in the city a few times but were glad to be out of the way of hordes of tourists and staying in a safe, friendly place. We highly recommend Zaton, and this apartment!
