Beautiful apartment in Zermatt with stunning view of the Matterhorn,only 120m from the Matterhorn express cable system accessing all areas of the ski network.Whilst close to the cable system,the apartment is only 5 mins walk to the center of the village.As Zermatt is a car-free village it is very typical alpine village where you can easily walk everywhere not disturbed by traffic(except the odd electric taxi)
The apartment is approximately 100 sq m with a lovely open plan lounge /dining/kitchen,two terraces/balconies .Two double bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms.Recently built it is very well insulated so warm and cosy in winter.There is a sofa bed in the lounge and the double bedrooms can be twin beds or pushed together.Excellent Wi-Fi and full choice of TV channels including most UK channels.
Zermatt is often voted one of the best ski resorts in the world with the best mountain restaurants.There are over 150 restaurants in the village and the mountains with a great choice of cuisine,It is a living village so always active throughout the year.Great in spring,summer and autumn as welll as winter.
Besides the stunning view of the Matterhorn the apartment overlooks the river flowing through the village and is not overlooked by other properties quite exceptional in such a compact village.

“Perfect location for ski lifts, large rooms and wonderful view of the Matterhorn!”
The flat is warm, large and well located with balcony views of the Matterhorn. It's good value and the owner was helpful and responsive. We will return!

“Excellent appartment in summer and winter”
We have stayed for the first time in summer in this excellent apartment, after 3 visits in winter and we will come back for sure. Perfect location and great view of the Matterhorn.

Response from the owner We appreciate the positive review,thanks .Just to clarify,the cable system is normally referred to as the Matterhorn express cable system,it goes to all the ski areas in Zermatt including the highest point which is on the Kliena Matterhorn.
