Description
This beautiful villa, which sleeps 4 people, is set in a superb location in Zola. The views over the bay, towards Assos, are fabulous.
The very long sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are a couple of local tavernas in this quiet hamlet, the nearest being next to the beach.
The open-plan living area comprises a lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher).
The villa has two bedrooms (one double and one twin), both pleasantly furnished with fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have their own en suite with shower.
There is Sat/Dvd and Mp3 player which works in all rooms and music can be listened to outside as well. The lounge opens onto a large patio with magnificent views over the bay to Assos and Lefkada beyond. The barbecue is on this terrace which also has a dining table for those outdoor feasts !
The villa has its own swimming pool with sun patio. Included outside on the patio area is, a table and chairs for 4 people with unbrella, and 4 sun loungers.
In the kitchen the following is included :- Full set of cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses etc. Saucepans, cooking utensils and kitchenware. Iron Ironing Board, Kettle, Dishwasher, Oven + Hob, Toaster, Microwave, Washing Machine, and Fridge/Freezer .

There is a open plan living accommodation giving access to the pool threw two patio doors. Also a breakfast bar with 5 stools for dining indoors. The fully fitted kitchen provides for every need including dishwasher and freezer.
Each bedroom has its own en suite and patio door to access patio. Also with the facility of music/video/Sat in every room.

The patio is large and very spacious and allows you to either dine at the table after cooking on the BBQ or just lounge around and soak up the views of the mountains and the sea below. Also there is a 7 * 4 pool which is ideal to cool off after relaxing in the sun.

It has been difficult to keep the exterior of all our properties exceptional for the arrival of guests due to the adverse and stormy conditions that Kefalonia have experienced this June for many years. When stormy weather arrives it can literally fill a pool/patios of leaves etc, within a couple of hours, I can assure you the area was perfectly clean prior to your arrival. The conditions also affected the internet. I appreciate the dishwasher and this was unfortunate it broke and a new one was ordered, they come from Athens hence the delay in getting the new one to you I do apologise it took longer than expected. I am sorry you did not enjoy our stay. Kind regards

“The most Greek of Greek!”
Kefalonia the most Greek of all Greek islands, Villa Midas a superb base from which to see the North of the island. Myrtos beach only 15 mins away and Fiskardo only 45 mins. You need a car to get about as not much in Zola it's self. Excellent villa well looked after with good facilities. Good size pool for those lazy days in the sun.
