This modern detached bungalow is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Abergele in North Wales and sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Breve Rest is a modern detached bungalow in a quiet location on the outskirts of Abergele in North Wales. The cottage sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms - one double with basin and en-suite shower room with shower, WC and Doc M mobility fittings, and one single with a further single sofa bed in the connecting TV/dressing room. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation consists of a fitted kitchen with utility room, a sitting room with dining area, a readi...ng room with patio doors and a detached conservatory. Outside is off road parking for five cars or a watercraft, along with a front and enclosed rear garden with locking gate, patio, lawn, furniture and a BBQ. With sandy beaches and a golf course nearby, Breve Rest is a great base for a seaside break.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Double electric oven and ceramic hob, 2 x microwave, dishwasher. Fridge/freezer, washing machine and condenser dryer in utility. 4 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, video, CD/radio/record player, selection of DVDs, WiFi, telephone (incoming calls only). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 5 cars or watercraft. Front and enclosed rear garden with locking gate, patio, lawn, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: This property is not suitable for children under 5 years (this includes infants).

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Ideal for visiting the North Wales area. The bungalow is homely, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were made very welcome, and the key-holder was helpful and informative about good pubs and restaurants. It's in a quiet location, handy for the coastal resorts. Would definitely recommend.

  Returned from a short break, at Breve Rest, yesterday. I have never written a review before about anywhere but we felt as though we should share this place with everyone. Breve Rest, a beautifully appointed bungalow, is well situated on a very quiet estate on the outskirts of abergele, within very easy reach of all the town has to offer. The bungalow is disabled friendly, which suited both my wife and my father, with handrails all around the property, walk in shower of above average size and many other considerations.
  The kitchen is very well appointed and extremely clean, as is the whole of the property. There are Tv's in every room with a DVD library and CDs.
  All in all we felt extremely comfortable whilst here and will definitely return. We have already recommended it to many of our friends and family and would definitely recommend it to anyone else
