The owner of this Grade II listed building has carefully converted and restored the old dairy to create this pretty terraced holiday cottage, on a country estate at Crosswood, just eight miles from Aberystwyth. The self-contained cottage offers beautifully decorated and spacious accommodation, with large shared gardens and wonderful views of the open countryside. Take advantage of the lovely walks and cycling opportunities of the 20 mile long Ystwyth Trail, visit the sandy beaches of the coastline of West Wales, or spend the day in Aberystwyth strolling around the many shops, pubs, art gallery, museum and promenade. Everyone will find someth...ing they enjoy here, and this cottage is lovely accommodation for the whole family.

Electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, shared use of 2 x washing machines and 2 x tumble dryers in separate laundry room, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD player, small library of games, books and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Bike storage. Shared lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Children's Wendy House. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 miles, pub 5 miles. Note: Stabling for 2 horses can be arranged with the owner.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  An idyllic location with a house full of all the essentials for a short family break. Both children and Grandma were happy! Would definitely recommend for others, families or even couples looking for a luxury break. The kitchen was so well equipped you could even hold a dinner party!   Very friendly hosts, a beautiful restored and
  furnished house, every little detail of high quality.
  Situated near an ancient manor house in the middle of
  old forests with extraordinary trees. Great for
  taking walks, sitting at a lawn with horses enjoying
  nature. About 5 miles away from Aberysthwyth, a
  lovely town.
