“Restful, just what we needed” Very friendly and accommodating family own the bungalows. Enjoyed the animals/birds and the quiet surroundings. The final approach to get to the holiday home was a disappointment, very rough uneven road. (4 by 4 would be better.) The surroundings still require a lot of work to complete the setting, however it was still an enjoyable venue. Not sure I would have thought the same had the weather been bad.

“Great cottage” We loved the cottage and it was a good base to meet up with relatives. The drive to the cottage was a bit of a stress - however the cottage more than made up for the lack of a tarmac surface to drive on!

Meadow View, Laugharne
Lovely cottage, great outdoor space, peaceful location.

We stayed in Meadow View at the end of august 2013 and absolutely loved it. It is set in a very peaceful valley, with a variety of animals and birds in enclosures and aviaries which the children could stroke and feed. They loved the outdoor space - especially the trampolines. The cottage was well furnished - it even had sharp knives! The rooms were clean and spacious and it had everything we needed for our break, including a travel cot for the baby. We couldn't hear any noise from the other cottages but our children enjoyed the fact they could make friends with other guests. The owners were lovely- nothing was too much trouble. Location wise - about 10 mins drive down country lanes to Laugharne. 10 mins to Pendine beach. 30 mins to Saundersfoot. Lots of nearby things to see and do - Pembroke castle, Corby Woodlands NT, Oaklands theme park and folly farm.see more

YR HEN LLAETHDY, barn conversion, with woodburning stove, whirlpool bath, and
Great cottage

We had a great week in this cottage, lovely cozy cottage done up to a very high standard, we really couldnt fault it. The only thing that let it down for us was that it was too remote, we couldnt walk anywhere, ie a pub or the next village, you have to get in the car, albeit not a very long drive away. Owners lovely and didnt interfere, but always on hand should you require anything. As this cottage is set on a working farm, its a great way to get first hand experience of how a farm is run and we were lucky enough to meet a new born foul that was 12 hours old. They welcome you to wander all round the farm to say hello to all the animals .see more
CAMBRIOL, barn conversion, character features, en-suites, on working farm, near
Beautiful barn with far reaching views

We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying in Cambriol. It is a beautifully renovated barn which we found very comfortable. Our two young boys loved seeing the sheep and donkeys, and were lucky enough to meet the first lamb of the year on the farm! The open plan living area was great as the boys had plenty of room to play. The owners are extremely welcoming and greeted us with homemade biscuits which went down very well. Cambriol is well located within a short drive to the main town for shopping and not far from the lovely sandy beaches of South Wales and also the Brecon Beacons.see more
Osbourne House
Lovely, homely house

We had a really good time in Osbourne House. There were a few little issues (mainly because of the age of the property) which the landlord was very happy to rectify quickly. We stayed there with friends from Germany who loved the typically British house and we all would have been happy to stay longer than a week. The layout with the dining room in the basement below the kitchen is a little odd but did not cause any particular problems for us.see more
