Large open plan living with chefs kitchen and 8 seater dining, flowing to covered pergola with barbeque overlooking grassy backyard.
A second living area gives room for groups and large families to spread out.
This home has 4 bedrooms, main with ensuite, and can sleep 8 in total.
Garage has remote door and internal entry to house. Full security screens, air-conditioning in both living areas and main bedroom, ceiling fans in other rooms.
Large local shops just a couple of minutes walk away, also public transport.
