Description
As an artist this private three bedroom and two bath multi-level elevated vacation home has been our family retreat that inspires many paintings of Anna Maria Island. Located on the quiet and secluded North End you will enjoy the tranquility of the Island and have an easy stroll to the Gulf of Mexico and the best white sugar-sand beach. You can WALK to enjoy the panoramic view and magical sunsets from Bean Point and the Rod and Reel Pier for fishing and dining. The Pine Avenue shops, restaurants, Art Galleries, the Anna Maria City Pier and Island Trolley stops are less than a mile away.
The furnishings are comfortable and the open floor plan offers a perfect gathering spot.
This home will sleep six (6) with a queen size bed in the master, a full bed and two twin beds in the upstairs bedrooms. The master has on-suite shower and a tub is upstairs for the other bedrooms. Towels and bed linens are included.
For your entertainment enjoyment a large flat screen television is in the living area, and TV's in all bedrooms. ROKU is on all the TV's. Free wireless high speed internet access long distance calling within the US and Canada.
Our home offers a full kitchen, a full size washer and dryer, iron and board.
A beach wagon to haul your gear to the beach, along with umbrellas, folding chairs, beach towels and an outdoor shower.
Games, books and puzzles for rainy days.
Starter supplies are provided; dish soap, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, coffee filters, dishwasher pods and a variety of cleaning supplies.
Enjoy the outdoors rain or shine in the carport under the house, relax in the cool breeze, store your car out of the sun or paint a masterpiece. (I keep an easel at the house).
Small dogs are allowed for an additional cleaning fee.
This property does NOT have a pool, it is one block from the best beach on the island. This property is NOT suitable for guests with mobility problems. It is a multi-level elevated house accessible only by stairs to the living area and bedrooms. There is no U.S. Postal Service at this address. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY.

Response from the owner I'm sorry you had a bad experience. However, you never contacted us regarding these problems during your stay. When your parents met us at our house, we explained that repairs were yet to be done from the recent hurricane damage. According to the insurance company the house was secure and we did not want to inconvenience our renters with repairs being made during their stay. A claim was made because of the broken equipment and your pet had not been previously approved. As you have found on the island it is difficult to find a rental that would accept a pet, and there is always an additional fee. Our house is always totally cleaned after each rental without a cleaning fee being charged, however, the humidity at the beach can be a problem. Thank you for the explanation regarding why all the furniture was moved, it was apparent that many more people were staying at our house than was contracted.
