“Location, comfort and good people...” Three of my friends and I stayed at the Haadrin Seaview Villa during the first week of Feb. In the process of selecting this particular Villa I reviewed a number of other options but kept on coming back to this as one of the best from a location vs value for money proposition. Andy and Yuko were very responsive both via email and text messages initially thus the booking of the accommodation was a breeze. One has a tendency to make certain assumptions via photos prior to actually seeing a property and in this case the Villa exceeded my expectations. It has three equally sized bedrooms in the upper lounge area that is open plan with the kitchen. This in turn opens up onto a large deck that faces South so gets the sun all day. There is plenty of seating and a hammock so 90% of the time at the Villa was spent in this space. The upstairs bathroom was also in excellent condition (hot water). Downstairs there is a Jacuzzi that comfortably sits two (three at a push). We mainly used this as a plunge pool to cool down - great feature to have. There is also a secondary bathroom downstairs that comes equipped with a washing machine. So bottom line is the Villa itself is fantastic. The other major attraction are the owners. Both andy and Yuko are very friendly and are available at all times to help out if needed. Location is also critical. The house is 5 min by scooter to Haad Rin (fortunately far enough away from the crowds) and 2 min to a 7/11 that has an aTM. There is also a scooter hire place directly across the road. Of course nothing is perfect so it is important to note that the house is high up on the hill over looking Samui. The walk from the main Haad Rin road to the house is up a number of steps. Once you have a scooter you can get 2/3rds of the way up the hill but there is still about a 30 second walk up hill so if you have any mobility issues this place may not be for you. Overall a great week was had. Fully recommend. You won't be disappointed.

“Amazing!” Rented this villa over the new year, couldn't ask for more really, set back from the road, private and peaceful. Breathtaking views, very spacious ticks all the boxes and more. Excellent friendly service, will most definitely be returning to this villa again.

“Perfect villa for our holiday” We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with 3 children, youngest was 2. The villa is spacious, well kept and has beautiful views of Bangrak. Great location for Fishermans Village. Lynne, the property manager was extremely helpful. The villa was absolutely perfect for a stay with a 2 year old due to the practical and safe layout. The pool and the youngest could easily be separated meaning we could all relax and not worry about an accident with the pool. Pool did loose sun by about 2:30pm which again was great with kids as suncream not required for the afternoon. Would absolutely stay here again and now very sad to be back in my own house.

“A perfect holiday spot” For the third year in a row we had a great time in villa Decor. Again the house was perfectly maintained. Nothing to remark, just perfect. If you are looking for a nice, peaceful place to stay in Koh Samui, villa decor is definitely worth to consider.

“Amazing holiday villa with incredible hosts” Myself and two friends stayed in the five room Villa Mia for 7 days in May. The villa grounds were immaculate and were constantly maintained by the groundskeeper. The pool was massive and clean. The villa is approximately 1km from town you could walk but we easily organised scooters through our private concierge. The house is massive with each of the five rooms having a bathroom, and the property is set right on the beach. Apart from the villa being incredible the staff at this villa were AMAZING. The chef cooked restaurant quality Thai meals every day I dont think we ate out once, seafood dishes caught and bought and then cooked at the villa . He could cook anything you asked for and would go shopping for ingredients based on our requests. The concierge Joy went above and beyond any of our expectations. I was like having a mindreader and a mum who would organise everything we needed scooters, taxis, suggestions for dinner, shed remind us of what we might need to take with us when we went out, and she always did it was a smile. She went as far as unpacking our suitcases and putting them away, and then when we left she washed and put our clothes back in the suitcase. One day we followed Joy around on a private scooter tour around the island. I just cant stress enough how amazing Joy was it was so easy to relax that we really didn't want to leave and was trying to rack my brain on how we could take her home with us. Id highly recommend this villa you wont be disappointed.

“Beautiful beachfront villa” The villa was very beautiful. In a great spot right on the beach on a small , quiet cove. Food was really good - both Western and Thai and the staff couldn't help us enough. They were particularly good with the children and preparing them meals. Great pool - particularly for children as a large shallow end and a good bridge for jumping! Would highly recommend.

“Lovely Villa for Holidays” What you see in pics is what you get. We miss our staying in Sun Villa.Though it is not nearby the beach, but you can drive to wherever, north or east beach, spa or supermarket or the mountain view point. My husband and I stayed for 5 days in Feb with my parents and the child. The rooms are spacious, only the a/c in masterroom is noisy, but Cord said he will fix it up. We love to cook ourselves then have breakfast and dinner in the garden, usually we will spend the afternoon in the swimming pool with a lot of fruit at the poolside. “Fabulous!” We spent two glorious weeks in Laguna Cove 5 with our daughter, husband, our grandchild and my daughter's in-laws. The property was exactly as described in the listing - fabulous! On arrival we had a very welcome "welcome pack" which saved us shopping immediately. The property was spotlessly clean and was maintained by the cleaning staff on a regular basis. Bb (the owner) was most helpful, answering all my questions both before and after booking. We loved the use of the kayaks which we took out almost daily. Sao, the housekeeper was a joy to have looking after us, as was Jim who arranged our day out to ang Thong Marine park, and airport transfers. I would thoroughly recommend Lomprayah Tours with whom we went to ang Thong. We hired a car for the duration. It was particularly handy for major shopping as the nearest "big" supermarket (Tesco) in Nathon is 10-15 mins drive. As we were a large party we used the car for getting to see more of the island. A trip to the Big Buddha and the waterfalls is a must. Friday night at Fishermans Village is not to be missed either. We had some excellent meals delivered by Hans from Spicey on the Beach and also enjoyed Jun Hom restaurant. We had so many good meals, the restaurants are too many to mention! My only disappointment was the quality of the sea for swimming. Rather squidgy underfoot. We would love to return to Laguna 5 some time in the future.

“Relaxing holiday home” Great holiday let. A very comfortable villa with a perfect location for a quiet getaway. Lovely gardens. Walk off your great deck onto the beach. Authentic Thai restaurants a walk along the beach. The beach is quiet, was only ever a few people on it the week we stayed. The staff are really good. Very friendly and helpful. Sao will arrange anything you might need. The owner BB was very helpful also and was happy to provide us with an afternoon checkout as there was no changeover that day.
