“Terrific location” My wife and I had rented this villa two years ago and returned this year for February. Although we could see the signs of two years of wear and tear, we thoroughly enjoyed Villa Dolphin again. It's southern exposure and wide water view makes the lanai the perfect spot to hang out all day. The river is just 15 minutes by boat and the boat was terrific...the best we have rented in 5 years. One disappointment..the GPS advertised in the boat was unreadable in the daylight but we know the area and it was not a problem for us. The management was responsive to the few small requests that we had. We highly recommend Villa Dolphin.

“Good value” The home was clean and inviting. The pool and hot tub provided hours of fun! It met my family of fives needs. We would stay here again. The deposit was returned in a timely manner.

“Outstanding place for a great vacation!” I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The home was decorated beautifully and very conducive to a relaxing vacation. All the amenities of home. We could either relax by the pool overlooking the canal, or a quick drive to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The welcome note and bottle of wine was a very classy touch. “Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “March in Cape Coral” House was in great shape. Clean, well appointed, good 'jumping off' location for area. Pool not heated, stayed at about 71 the whole time we were there...refreshing to say the least but a bit chilly. I would come back to this home if and when I have the opportunity.

“Uniquely stylish luxury villa” Villa africa lived up to all of our expectations. Spacious, modern, well located and uniquely styled. As a family owned a Villa, the house was full of those little extras that make the property a true home from home. Only slight quibble is that there is no cover for the heated pool, making heating costs a bit higher than they should be. The quality of the villa was matched by the excellent service we received from the Vacanza Rentals team. Everything was exactly as described and the service we received was fast and efficient. I would happily recommend Vacanza Rentals.

“Excellent property” Could not ask for a better rental. Immaculate property,fenced in yard for our dogs.Pool was overlooking wide canal. Bedrooms and mattress left us with a good night sleep,fully stocked kitchen. The house was immaculate,clean and welcoming. Management was a great help with any questions.
