“Luibrand Stay @ 431 Shorewood” The whole kitchen was renovated which was very nice. However the two bathrooms need renovation badly and the carpet needs to be cleaned. I love Shorewood

“Very nice place.” All the amenities that you could ever need at the beach - nice indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room and short walk to the beach. We loved Coco's and great food. Lois

“Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to stay here again should we return to the area! Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home!!!

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Most perfect place to stay” We cannot begin to tell you about the amazing time we had in Hilton Head Island! At first arrival we were so impressed with your Villa and the location. It was more than perfect for our family. It gave us all the flexibility of enjoying kid and adult activities simultaneously. We thoroughly enjoyed the close proximity to the beautiful beach and the accessibility was priceless with two little ones. We enjoyed some of the restaurants in Shelter Cove and especially the live music from your extra large balcony. Your Villa is a gem and we can tell why you fell in love with Hilton Head Island. We fell in love too!

“The house was simply amazing, and there was plenty of space for everyone.” The house was very well kept and clean. It was very large and all 16 of us fit easily The pool was wonderful, and it was so close to the beach. It was a huge bonus to have a full bathroom right off of the pool area. There were great views of the ocean from many parts of the house, even for second row.

“Fantastic view, incredibly clean, well stocked, comfortable, and a GREAT owner to deal with.” I think the headline says it all, but here's a little more detail. This was absolutely the cleanest condo/hotel/motel/home we've ever stayed in. The owner really, really, gives you a place you can call home for your vacation. It's like you're staying at the home of a good friend who thought of everything for your comfort and enjoyment. If it weren't for Penny, I probably wouldn't write this, because I want to keep this gem to ourselves. But for anyone who works this hard to provide such a wonderful place, well, I had to. How many times have you walked into a condo and see that's it not really dirty, but it's not really clean ? How many times have you run out of toiletries, not even an extra garbage bag left for you, no laundry or dishwasher detergent available ? Every single rental we've had, we had to make a shopping list of all the toiletries we'll need for the week. NOT HERE. Except for the food, obviously, EVERYTHING you could need or want IS PROVIDED. This is a very, very thoughtful owner. With new tv's, appliances, beautiful upgrades, you will not want to leave. The view is absolutely gorgeous. In Palmetto Dunes, the vegetation and trees have really grown, so unless you get an unobstructed view like this 5th floor provides, you'll never see the ocean. At the risk of repeating, the condo smelled great, and was just incredibly clean. I don't know about you, but an unclean rental can just ruin your vacation. The first minute we walked in, we knew we were going to have a great week. Ok, my sales pitch is over, lest I share this secret with everyone. Yes, the 5 star reviews are for real, it's well deserved. Thanks again Penny, and we'll see you on our next trip to the island.

“Great location!” This unit was in a great location. You can walk to Colgney Park or 10 minutes drive to other great locations. The pool was awesome. It was one of the best pools we have seen.

“Perfect Heritage Experience” This home was absolutely perfect for our week at the Heritage. We had 8 guests total and there was plenty of space! 3 bathrooms worked great for our getting ready needs. Our favorite spot was the sunroom! Even though we had rain both evenings, we were able to enjoy the glassed-in sunroom. We just cracked the windows, turned on some low key music and listened to the rain. Because the sunroom is enclosed, we were able to enjoy normal volume of music and conversation without disturbing our neighbors. The location of this home was also pretty stellar. We weren't too far from the main gate (and grocery stores/liquor stores), and we weren't too far from the tournament course. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware. We made a huge breakfast for our group one morning with ease. We would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect family rental!” This is a very spacious home with all the extra amenities We especially loved the built in ice maker ! Just a very short walk to the beach! The large pool and outside bar area were perfect after a day on the beach! Will stay here again!

“GREAT PLACE TO STAY, CLAY COURTS AMAZING, POOLS AND HOT TUB PERFECT BIKING AND BEACH AWESOME.” We Love The Island it is a great place for families found an excellant church to worship at GRACE COMMUNITY. Biked everywhere grilled daily, loved the Clay courts for tennis. Beach was very close by, FACILITIES were decent and very clean. HOPE TO BACK NEXT YEAR.

“Since we found this house we've not stayed anywhere else!” This was our 3rd year staying at 2 Bayberry and we have already booked it for next year! It is perfect for the whole family with a 2nd den upstairs. It is also wonderful working with the ladies at Beachside Getaway! Whatever we need we just call them up. When I arrived this year I noticed the tea kettle was missing so I asked them about it...one was delivered the next day! We wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!

“Great location, ammenities and view -- we will be back” We have been coming to HHI for 12 years now with our extended family and have stayed at 23 Dune Lane for the past 5 years. We knew this was the house for us after our first stay. The location in North Forest beach is perfect. We can walk to the beach and walk to Coligny Plaza for ice cream, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The house is perfect for multiple families -- each guest room has it's own bathroom. The outdoor space is great -- large pool, outdoor shower, grill, large patio and you can't beat the beach view. We will be back!
