The house was great: very clean, really comfortable, close to grocery store and other amenities, and about 20 minutes by car from Disney.
We have family in the Orlando area so we were able to host everyone (a large group) at the house several nights for dinner and pool time.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks Ian and family for the really great place to stay -- we hope to come again soon! -

Villa was spotless clean,the few problems we had were dealt with quickly.We are planning to rent again next year.Ian thank you.To improve add another TV.

We rented a house during the holiday season to see the MSU game at the Capital Bowl. We rented a wonderful house. It was perfect for our family. Close to the bowl activities, Universal Studios, restaurants and Magic Kingdom, but far away to get away from the traffic and crowds!
The house was clean, the pool was nice, it is in a nice community too. Near orchards it smelled nice too. -

Hi, I went to your home in april 2009. I loved the place, the house was very clean and well kept. The pool was very clean too, and nice and warm, very refreshing after a long day at the theme parks! :)
The house more than met our expectations. It was very close to all the attractions and supermarkets.
The house was one of the best parts of a wonderful holiday, We loved it so much we booked again in 2010, and will be going back this year. I'd recommend it to everyone.
