Poolside villa is a luxury home located just 10 mins from Disney on the prestigeous Glenbrook resort in Clermont.It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all furnished to a high standard
The villa is fully air conditioned and boasts digital / cable TV in all rooms and includes free local / national and International telephone calls.
The 1st Master suite includes Queen sized double bed and walk-in closet and is adjoined by its own en-suite luxury bathroom with , walk-in shower and his 'n' hers basins, with direct access onto the pool deck.
The 2nd Master suite includes a King sized bed and also offers a walk-in closet and its own adjoining luxury bathroom.
Two twin bedrooms both have cable combi TV and DVD and have use of a 3rd bathroom.
A laundry room offers a large capacity washing machine / tumble dryer.
A fully fitted and well appointed kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave and American fridge freezer with ice dispenser. A cafe style breakfast area adjoins the kitchen for informal family dining.
A second, formal lounge and dining area is situated at the front of the villa with additional TV.
The family room offers ample seating and entertainment with a large 44 inch HDTV and DVD player, and Play Station 2 system.
The large 13 x 26 foot south facing pool is complimented by a jacuzzi both of which are heated and surrounded by an extended pool deck with poolside furniture , ideal for lazy days. Barbecues are available from the management company should you wish to enjoy al fresco dining The pool is screened and features a child safety fence for your peace of mind.
Location
Ideally located within the prestigious Glenbrook resort community, just 10 minutes from the Disney theme parks, this luxury villa provides the ideal base to explore the Orlando area or to relax poolside and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
Further amenities are offered at the Glenbrook Clubhouse and include a resort sized pool, media room and movies and basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.
