* Note * We are not a hotel. Excessive Cleaning and unapproved late checkouts may be charged under damages. Our cleaning fee covers basic cleanup and prep/polish for next visitor. Condo is impeccably kept.
NO PETS ALLOWED without prior approval We have laundry facilities as well as detergent, cleaners, etc. for kitchen use. Please use them. Checkout times allow for no more than 10 minute grace period without prior approval.

I can post the ongoing text and telephone communications between you and I that will show exactly how much we communicated. Our initial communication dates back to before your security deposit was received on April the 28th 2015. I explained to you in detail in many chats with you that our condo is impeccably kept and we want to keep it that way. I apologize if you felt stressed by being asked to start some of your laundry. Our condo is fully furnished and with at least 25 linens and beach towels available for use. We do ask for a little help as this is not a hotel but a second home. I never asked you to complete the laundry. Thank you though. Lastly, I exhibited patience working with you on the details of your payment choice and accompanying delays. I also agreed and answered promptly your evening texted request for later checkout. I honored your request for your late checkout time of 10:30 a.m. That was the best we could do on that day since we had new tenants arriving same afternoon. Low season offers more flexibility for late checkout but not so much in June or July. I would love to have you and your family visit with us again. Warmest Regards, Steven
