This delightful cottage has been converted from a farm building on the owner's land near Mold, and sleeps up to four people. Stone Cottage is a delightful stable conversion in North Wales. Situated entirely over the ground floor, it has a double bedroom, a shower room, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and sofabed. Outside it a patio garden with lovely views and off road parking. With easy access to North Wales attractions, and historic Chester over the border into England, Stone Cottage is a great holiday base.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Covered bike storage and facility for bike cleaning. Private patio with furniture and BBQ accessed by steps. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead when outside property.

Town: The town of Denbigh in North Wales has remains of a castle, a number of shops, pubs and boasts many festivals. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
