FEATURES:Oceanfront and oceanside condominium complex. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with oceanfront, oceanside and ocean view units. Swimming pool, tennis courts, recreation area, park grills, outside showers. All units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.

Pier Pointe, as always is a very nice location. This particular unit was satisfactory. The blinds were damaged and had been previously taped. Every time we opened and closed the verticals, blind panels fell off until we didn't have full coverage. They were severely lacking in the kitchen, no large frying pan, no microwavable dishes, and rusted serving utensils.

Our condo was great, everything was clean, working well, and I love the linen service! Thank you. I made a big mistake by leaving my iPad ( never used it the entire time, now thats a vacation!) and the realty promptly sent it to my home in Virginia, very thankful and impressed! Oh yeah, we had perfect weather everyday too! ;0)

Very close to beach, with nice walkway. Nioe building, and condo layout & furnishings were great. Only downside was the first floor. Good, but slightly obstructed, view of the ocean.And the patrons on the 2nd floor when we were there had heavy feet.

I would stay here again. The office staff was very helpful with our arrival issue and corrected it very quickly. The 2nd bedroom could be a little bigger but for a vacatiob getaway, it worked out. It was the best place I have stayed at in a long time for the price.
