FEATURES: Oceanfront and oceanside condominium complex. Offering 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with oceanfront, oceanside and ocean view units. Swimming pool, tennis courts, park grills, outside showers. Most units have in-room jacuzzi and wireless high speed Internet access. Two parking spaces per unit. Buildings 1, 3 and 5 are front peg lots, closer to the ocean. Buildings 2 and 4 are back oceanfront “peg” lots. Buildings 6, 7 and 8 are second row. No pets.
2 BR, 2 B. K * Q. Island Club linen service with beds made. Oceanfront with gorgeous ocean views. Walk directly to the beach. Wood flooring throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and regular and Keurig coffee makers. Washer/dryer, 3 flat screen Smart HDTVs all with Netflix accessibility (55" in living area), 2 DVD players (1 Blu-ray), wireless high speed Internet access, wet bar, whirlpool tub in master bath, ceiling fans. Covered oceanfront deck with table, chairs and wooden rockers. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets. *Fireplace not available for guest use.
This beautiful oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

Our refurbishment team has worked with the new owners of this condo to bring it back to its Gold rating.
