Classic, ocean front, single family, pet friendly cottage. Apex has a 6 person NEW hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bonus rooms and 3 bathrooms.
Bottom level offer 2 bonus rooms with TV's (2S * Q), full bathroom with walk in shower, laundry area, and additional TV sitting room.
The main level has an open floor plan with a kitchen stocked with basics, living room with 42" TV, dining area with ample seating, street side bedroom with TV (Q), and a full bathroom accessible from the hallway with a tub/shower.
The top level offers 2 bedrooms with TV's that share a bathroom with a walk-in shower (K * 2S).
Enjoy time spent outdoors on the large deck with covered and open areas, gas grill, adirondack sitting chairs, hammock, and hot/cold enclosed shower. Apex does not provide linens (sheets/towels) - guest may add on linen package for fee or bring own. NO SMOKING! Rents Sunday-Sunday, only. Pet Friendly with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee. 2S * Q * Q * 2S * K

“Wonderful”
The location was perfect. The ocean view was excellent. Beach house was very comfortable. The ice cream cake was a nice touch!! I'M looking forward to staying at apex next year.
