Spacious, well appointed beach home designed for comfort and relaxation. Covered and open decks with furniture, porch rockers. Beautifully landscaped yard, paved drive. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets. 3301 Ocean Drive.

Island Club linen service with No Worries Comforters . 6 flat screen TVs including large flat screen in great room, DVD players, iHome docking station, gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. “Great place to stay- beautiful view of beach”

It pleases me to know that you and your family enjoy revisiting Emerald Isle each year and we are happy to host your vacations. I am sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with cleanliness and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. It is true that properties are deep cleaned prior to the beginning of our vacation season so by the end of the season it is time for another deep clean. However floors should never be dirty on arrival as this is something that is cleaned routinely after each stay. Additionally, all of our properties are sprayed regularly to keep bugs at bay. Because you do have concerns of fumes and such with the new baby, please call us ahead of your stay and we'll happily schedule a treatment a few days before you arrive. This will alleviate any pests that exist, prevent any from coming, and hopefully provide you some peace of mind and make your vacation that much more enjoyable. Thank you again for your feedback.
