Located in the exclusive Land's End community where amenities include oceanfront clubhouse, swimming pool, multiple lighted tennis courts and a gated and monitored entrance. Reverse floor plan with three oceanfront bedrooms. All bedrooms include wirelessly operated fans. Spacious oceanfront den with library, entertainment center, and leather sleeper sofa. Spiral mahogany staircase leads to the living room with artistically crafted teak floor and a stunning view of the ocean and tropical greenery among the dunes. An open gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating around the island, a sophisticated cooking environment, separate breakfast and dining areas allow for the ultimate family experience. Separate children’s playroom furnished with toys, books and refrigerator. Upper deck features a 7-person jacuzzi, remote controlled awning above the dining table with cushioned chairs, additional rocking chairs and lounges. Lower deck features an enclosed heated shower, hammock and lounges. Conveniently located lighted walkway connects from ground level to outside, open-shower and a seated dune deck. Stainless steel gas grill with outside dining area furnished with tile covered table, benches and chairs provides an intimate dining environment.
Wireless high speed Internet access, 4 HDTVs, 4 DVD players, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 gas fireplaces, 2 refrigerators, color printer, fax machine and free long distance for North America and most of Europe. Two-week minimum. No smoking. No pets.
Due to Covid pandemic, the pool is not available for the 2020 season
