We have stayed in this home many times and absolutely love it! It is in a perfect location on the beach and has everything and more than we need. All of the new remodeling the owners have done is amazing and make the home even more gorgeous. One of our favorite amenities is the hot tub overlooking the ocean and the beautiful decks. We only wish we could visit more often and always look forward to our vacations on Emerald Isle. A truly perfect beach house!

this has been our second vacation at Carolina Breeze and the upgrades that the Rowleys have made are outstanding. We are amazed at how the kitchen is stocked. We mostly eat in home and utilize the kitchen daily.The comfortable beds provided us with well needed rest. The grandchildren consider this Oma's house at the beach. No greate compliment can be received.

We've rented this property for our family vacation for the past 7 years. Its location - walking distance to the pier, and quick drive to shopping - are only part of its appeal. It's beautifully maintained, with upgrades every year, and has comfortably accommodated 15 of us (we rent both sides of the property). Everything about it has met and exceeded our vacation expectations.

We have been going to Emerald Isle on and off for 20 years. Carolina Breeze was one of the best places we stayed for the money we paid. It was very clean and well maintained. Upon arrival we recieved a call from the owner making sure everything was up to our satisfaction. The kitchen was very well equiped. Our family enjoyed our time at Carolina Breeze and will rent it again in the future. You can't go wrong with this house! Book it!

We love the beach!

We love the house. It suits us perfectly.
It is in walking distance to the pier and even to the grocery store if you like to walk. Close to town and shops, with a lovely beach access.
The hairdryer was replaced in the penthouse floor, without any delay, and I loved that!
For the first time this year we found two cockroaches in the top floor.

This house is a wonderful place to stay. We shared both sides with our family. There were 4 families total with 7 small children, splitting between the two. It had ample space, great view, great deck furniture, chairs to use, grills, and great kitchen equipment and kitchenware. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. We had early checkin for one of the homes, and it was done when we arrived.

This is the cleanest house we have ever stayed at in the 15 years we've been traveling to Emerald Isle. The kitchen was well-appointed and the ocean views were magnificent. We loved the hot tub and the fact that the beds were made for us. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

We enjoyed how easy it is to do business with Emerald Isle Realty. They are very accommodating and make sure our vacation is perfect. Everyone is very friendly and go out of their way to help you in any way they can.
Carolina Breeze East is a beautiful home that we had stayed in previously and loved even more this time. The house has absolutely everything we needed and is beautifully decorated. The location on the beach is great and is within walking distance of the town but private enough to enjoy the beach.
The owners have recently repainted the rooms and installed flat screen tvs and provided many small touches that we really appreciated. We have stayed at other homes on Emerald Isle but this is by far our favorite and we are looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed in Carolina Breeze for a week and our friends rented the other side. We'd stayed there about 10 years ago and had fond recollections. Nothing changed.
Our kids are older and theirs younger so we decided against one big house. CB was the perfect solution. Each side is comfortable, spacious, well equipped. The connecting door was handy during the day/evening for unfettered access and eating together. Dining easy with great kitchen and big table. The deck is great with nice furniture and provided beach chairs.
Great location with beautiful wide beach, manageble surf for small kids, great accessibility to Salter Path, Food Lion, Swansboro.
Equally accomodating for renting half the duplex.
Carolina Breeze is a winner. -

Emerald Isle was great as usual. We've been coming here for the last 15-20 years. First time in this house and definately the nicest we've been in. Having the beds made when we arrived with 4 kids was a delight. Everything in the house worked well and the kitchen was very well equipped. This section of beach is particularly nice because it is deep even at high tide with a very gentle slope to the ocean. The outside hot tub is a nice feature without having to pay for a house with a pool.
Highly recemend this house and as always the service from Emearld Isle Realty is superb. We'll be back. -

Our adult children are spread all over the country, we rent a place at the beach so we can all be together for a week under one roof. We have been to this property numerous times and everyone enjoys their stay. We love all the outside decks, a perfect gathering spot.
