Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week. Four spacious oceanfront master bedroom suites each with whirlpool tubs and private decks with furniture. Outstanding open floor plan (over 5,400 sq. ft). Incredible panoramic ocean views. Spacious, fully-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double ovens, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Recreation/playroom on first level with 2 D futons, snack bar with mini refrigerator and foosball table. Ceiling fans throughout, 2 washer/dryers, 8 cable TVs, 3 DVD players, Playstation 2, wireless high speed Internet access, 2 gas fireplaces. Elevator from ground floor to all levels. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, carport. Boardwalk to the beach with dune deck. Professionally landscaped. Available year-round including monthly during off-season. Weekly only. Located in exclusive Dolphin Ridge. No smoking. No pets. 9709 Dolphin Ridge Road.
This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Monthly rates do not include pool.
