Covered porch with rockers and teak table and chairs. Gas and charcoal grills. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with $100 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum). 207 Ocean Drive.

We are sorry that you arrived to find that some light bulbs needed to be replaced and lamps were situated so they were not usable. I am sorry to hear of the maintenance issues you experienced during your stay and assure you that your requests for maintenance weren't ignored. We did have to wait for approval from the homeowner to replace the TV, but this has been done. Also, the loose boards have been taken care of since your stay and I'm sorry this wasn't remedied in a more timely fashion. Thank you again for your feedback.
