Elevator to all floors is available for an additional $100 per week, making this a great handicap friendly home (not ADA approved). Fully equipped kitchen features marble countertops, dishwasher, Keuring coffee maker and stainless steel appliances. Washer/dryer, ceiling fans throughout, 6 flat screen cable TVs, 2 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access. Large dining and living area including game table. Connecting doors to accommodate large families. Covered and open decks with porch furniture. Large park-style charcoal grill. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Weekly only. Available year 'round. No smoking. No pets. 6711 Ocean Drive.
