One BR with whirlpool tub; 1 with handicap friendly garden tub (not ADA approved). Outdoor speakers on top level. Spacious game room with 8’ pool table, TV and kitchen with refrigerator. Open, reverse floor plan with four levels; elevator access to all levels. Washer/dryer. Light-filled, columned great room with gas fireplace, entertainment center with 39” flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player. Well-stocked gourmet kitchen with tiled floor and stainless appliances, 2 dishwashers, wine refrigerator, icemaker, double ovens and bar. Adjoining tiled dining room accommodates seating for 10. Wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans throughout. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers. Weber gas grill. Professional putting green, sandbox, corn-hole game. Enclosed hot/cold outside shower and fish-cleaning area on carport level. Professionally landscaped. Just steps to the beach. Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with weekly $300 non-refundable fee per pet (dogs only, 2 maximum). Absolutely no pets allowed in pool area. 3204 Ocean Drive.
This almost oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Monthly rentals do not include linens, but may be added to your reservation. Monthly rates include use of pool/hot tub.

Emerald Isle Realty does have a 7 day a week pool service which is why equipment such as a vacuum isn't provided at any of our properties. Each pool we maintain is cleaned twice a week. We will provide additional service of the pool if needed and we're happy to provide you with a skimmer, at your request.
