Cottage, 3 BR, 1 B. Q * Q * 2S. Island Club linens provided. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 flat screen cable TVs, 3 DVD players, wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans. Ground level cottage with no stairs and beautiful ocean views. Deck with porch rockers, picnic table, charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, ample parking. Oceanfront pergola for shaded comfort; elevated observation deck. Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking. Pets allowed with $200 non-refundable fee for first pet and $100 for each additional pet (no cats). 2303 Ocean Drive.
This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
September & May (Weekly Rentals Only); October & April $3,900; November - March $2,500.
