Room is adjacent to teen/children’s sleeping room with treehouse bunk (2 Singles) plus bunk with built-in stairs (D down, S up) and 43” Roku Smart TV. Ping-pong table in garage. Study on main level with QSS and Roku Smart TV. Wireless high speed Internet access. Outstanding floor plan, antique heart pine floors, designer decorated. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ground level elevator to first floor. Gas fireplace, 2 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators, icemaker, wet bar, washer/dryer. All bedrooms feature 28” Roku Smart TVs. Main level living room has 50” Roku Smart TV and DVD player. All Roku Smart TVs come with Spectrum cable TV app loaded and logged in as well as the ability to log into your favorite streaming apps you may currently be enjoying at home. Bose Bluetooth speaker, free unlimited long distance, water softener, ceiling fans throughout. Covered porches, open decks and screened porch all with furniture, stainless steel gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Located in exclusive Dolphin Ridge where you’ll enjoy access to the private Emerald Isle Beach and Pool Club, where clubhouse amenities include beautifully furnished club room and oceanside verandah with food and beverage service, swimming pool, private showers and changing rooms and tennis courts (clubhouse is open May through October).
