Den with half bath, flat screen cable TV, wireless high speed Internet access. Ground floor adult game room with 2 R, bar area, pool table, bocci and slide hockey/ping-pong board, casino blackjack game table with stools, Xbox and home theater with 73” large flat screen TV. Ping-pong and foosball tables in garage. Ground floor youth game room with air hockey table and 40” TV. Lighted hot tub. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, beverage center/wine cooler, 7 cable TVs (6 flat screens), DVD player, large whirlpool tub in master bath overlooking the ocean, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, water softener. Beautiful floor plan with two dining areas and spacious living area with hardwood floors. Designer decorated. Double jog stroller. This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Monthly rates do not include pool/hot tub.

Great home for our family of six! Plenty of space. Thanks to EI Realty service reps, the issues that needed to be fixed were done promptly! Home needed to have deep cleaning after ALL the renters!
