Pergo flooring in main living areas. Large, expanded oceanside deck with covered porch and pergola awning off BRs. Deck rockers, chairs and picnic table. Safety gate on front deck. Built-in charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Located on high lot with great view and direct beach access. Paved driveway. Available year-round. No smoking. One pet allowed with $250 non-refundable fee. 3902 Ocean Drive.
This 2nd row home rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Nonrefundable pet fee $200.00 per pet for monthly rentals.
