Enclosed hot/cold outside shower, porch furniture on bi-level decks, charcoal grill, main level deck with picnic table and latchable gate to stairs. Peg lot. Located in exclusive Spinnaker’s Reach subdivision where amenities include neighborhood swimming pool with cabana and playground. Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets. 9919 Shipwreck Lane. West side is Coco.
