This was our second summer to stay at Just Because. The location, just a short walk to the beach and a few minute drive to the market, was very appealing. We also loved the pool, a plus for our young grandchildren. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped. Check-in/out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again- but found out you must book early!

This rental is wonderful. The lay-out is perfect for multi-generational groups as you can spread out on three levels. The elevator makes it perfect for individuals who have mobility issues. The bathrooms are especially luxurious - granite, double sinks, and larger than average showers. We used the downstairs den as a bedroom for our 6-year old, and he absolutely loved it. The views are better than average for a second row cottage, and the pool is wonderful. We brought our own lock to keep our 3-year old from wandering in to the pool area when no one was looking, but this wasn't even necessary due to the gate around pool with a high latch that my kids couldn't reach.

This home was beautiful, comfortable, spacious. We loved the pool, views of the beach, sitting on balconies at night. Weather was perfect! Would definitely consider booking again and again!

This was our second trip to Emerald Isle and loved the house. The floor plan was great and it was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Loved the warming drawer & the ice maker!
We would highly suggest that the owners provide some type of vacuum or broom & dust pan for daily crumb & sand clean up!
When we checked in after 4 pm the house had not been cleaned, which was very disappointing. However, shortly after we started bring in our food, a large crew showed up to clean. We took the time to enjoy the pool and they did a fair job of cleaning..no vacuuming.

The house and location were perfect for our family! We have children ages 14, 12, and 10 and they loved the house and pool! We rented bikes and rode them all over the town.

Wonderful place. Great views even though it is 2nd row. Beautiful neighborhood and beautiful house. Furniture is extremely comfortable. Had wonderful weather.
