After a series of missteps at our previous rental - the first house had beach replenishment going on and there were three huge cat dozers and another huge machine working. This 24x7project also meant that the beach was closed. Fortunately, we managed to switch to avalon and couldn't have been happier. The views are worth it. Compared to the neighboring homes, Avalon is closer to the beach. While this may not be so great for the neighbors, it gave us relatively unobstructed and gorgeous views.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The house was beautiful and clean. The few minor problems we had were immediately addressed. The house was everything and more than we were hoping for. Beach was great, pool and hot tub nice. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Having a washer and dryer was a big plus. Will definitely stay again!!

This was a family vacation. Everyone that they wanted to come back next year right after we got to the house. We did not encounter traffic delays and checking in was a breeze. We fell in love with the house and the short walk to the beach. The kids had a ball in the pool and the older folks hung out in the rocking chairs. We could see the pier and watch fishing boats troll out into the water. The beach was not crowded at all. We just loved everything about avalon. We were just down thend road from Food Lion and the kids were able to ride their bikes to get ice cream. It was a dream vacation.
