Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 HD flat screen TVs, 3 DVD players (Blu-ray with Internet connection/streaming), wireless high speed Internet access, ceiling fans. Reverse floor plan. Situated on a fifth row elevated lot offering peeks of the Atlantic Ocean and warm breezes. Spacious downstairs apartment with TV is the perfect location to watch a movie or read. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including rockers, glider and swing. Charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, one-car garage. Easy access to beach (450 Fitbit steps). Parking pass for private oceanfront parking provided. Short walk to pier, shops, ice cream, restaurants and town of Emerald Isle recreation facility with fitness center, tennis courts and playground. Weekly only May through September, monthly October through April. No smoking. No pets. 107 Live Oak Street.
This vacation rental property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.

“Great house”
Real nice place lots of room and it has a great view of the pier .very clean and we loved the deck chairs and the easy beach access

“Nice get away cottage”
We stayed in Sandbagger in early July, 2014. It is very clean and freshly renovated. All of the alliances in the kitchen were only two months old. The master bed was good and our 2 boys had no issues … More
