Spacious 2 bedroom condo right on the beach. Virtual floor to ceiling east-facing windows give beautiful views in every room. From the moment you open the front door, you will be struck by the beauty of the ocean steps away. We are in a small, 15-unit building which gives the feel of being away from it all. Our building is located on the quiet North side of Amelia Island near Fort Clinch and downtown Fernandina Beach. Both our building and our individual unit were newly painted and furnished in 2011.

My husband, 1 1/2 yr old, and myself vacationed here as a babymoon and it was so relaxing and beautiful. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It is a very short walk to the beach and very quiet. There is a lot of space for a 2 bdrm condo and we loved being able to have meals there instead of always eating out. I have no complaints at all! Kathy was always very responsive and extremely flexible. We look forward to coming back soon!
