We had a great week at the beach! The house is beautiful and the new pool is great! Being ocean front we went back and forth from the ocean to the pool! The house is walking distance from Coligny plaza which was nice.
The only recommendation for improvement in the house would be to add a second refrigerator. The one in the kitchen is is not very big and the additional small one doesn't hold very much. -

Enjoyed the convenience to Coligny plaza for shopping and ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and warmth of the house not to mention the gorgeous new patio and pool area added this year! Beautiful view from every room...such a treat at Mimi's place! We love it!

The location of this property is ideal for the many activities Hilton Head has to offer. It is walking distance to Cologny Plaza for some excellent shopping and restaurants. As an oceanfront property it provides for a beautiful sunrise and view of the atlantic Ocean.
The house is well maintained and has all the amenities needed for a week of fun at the beach. -

We have been coming to Hilton Head for 16 yrs and it is like a 2nd home to us. We always stay at North Forest Beach and ride bicycles all week to Coligny and on the trails as a family. This home was wonderful with plenty of ocean views and our favorite location. Would stay here again!

Had a wonderful vacation at this well-maintained beach home. Location is perfect. Close to Coligny Plaza = ice cream, bakery, restaurants and shops. Steps to the beach. Fabulous views from both outdoor deck areas. Outdoor seating allows you to eat outside if you want but also plenty of room indoors for everyone to sit down together. 3rd floor area is a perfect retreat for the older kids that were with us. Will definately go back.

We could not have asked for more! we were a family group ranging in ages from 6 months to 90 years. The house had everything you could want and its location, less than a stones throw from the beach was excellent. Also it is close to the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. This place has it all!
