This direct oceanfront unit gives wonderful access to the pristine beaches of Okaloosa Island. Master has king bed, bunks in the hallway, and full sleeper in the living room. Full Kitchen, one and half bath. Washer and Dryer. Free Wifi, LCD TV's and DVD. HBO. Rental comes with free beach service each day of stay. Two pools, and one is heated. 2 lighted tennis courts. My family has gone to Panama City Beach at the exact same condo several times a year for a decade. But my husband and I wanted to try some other beach for our vacation. We did some research on some beaches and decided to try Fort Walton/Destin area. It was really refreshin the difference in atmosphere here than PCB! This area is slow enough where you can truly relax but if you wanna do more than ocean and sand, Destin is just a quick stop away. Really enjoyed location.
As far as room goes, we could not have been happier! Very, very clean. Plenty of towel and washcloths. Perfect location. The small things really make a difference! My mom has always been such a diligent packer, everything from plastic forks to dish detergent to sweeter packets. She has trained me well, but I'm still learning! Imagine my disappointment when I realized I forgot dish detergent and a few other household items. I was so grateful to find that the Sanders, owners, thought of the little details like that just to make stay like home. Very pleased and we will certainly be back. Husband loved keyless entry. One less thing to worry about!
For Flipkey, never heard of it til this trip and I am very pleased with them. Kayak is over for me! Great service and deals!
Ps. If your in fort Walton and in destin... Don't go on a long bridge otherwise youll just have to pay $6 just to turn around!!! Really need more (warning) signs about it.
And april 20 is dead season. Go between spring break and memorial day for best deals.

The staff there was most helpful and courteous, and the condo was beautiful! Had an awesome view of the beach. The location of this condo is most convenient because it is next to the elevator, which makes loading and unloading much easier and less time consuming. It it located just minutes from all the necessities that you may have, groceries, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc. I would definitely stay in this condo again! Did I mention the owner is awesome? I left a couple of items and he was kind enough to see that I got them back! Not many people would do that I don't think.

My wife, two daughters and I love this condo much larger than we thought it would be. The view was amazing and we enjoyed the close walk to the beach everyday and the keyless entry was very convenient! The pool location was a plus, my kids love that water, it was heated. Having the pool right downstairs was great. We also loved having the daily beach chair/umbrella rental included with our stay.
Check in and working with Kyle was extremely easy. It is very clean, comfortable, and has everything we need when we arrive! We fix most meals at the condo, & the kitchen is well equipped. The view from the kitchen, living, and balcony cannot be beat. The water is crystal clear, a beautiful emerald color from away. The condo is only one floor up & convenient to everything. Loved being close to the pier for fishing. Very safe and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely plan on going back!!!

This was the best vacation ever!! My family of 4 (two teen boys) loved the stay in unit 206, this was a roomy, peaceful, beautiful condo (with free wi-fi) off the main busy path & close to everything we needed or wanted to do. There was a king size bed for us and bunk beds for the boys in the hall. The condo was tastefully decorated & clean. We also liked the key code entrance to the condo, no worries over lost keys. There were boogie boards to use underneath the master bed so that was very fun for the boys. Fully equiped kitchen was great for cooking & eating in. I could sit on the balcony & watch the boys play in the pool below without worring about them. The elevator was just outside the door & a short walk to the beach which had a life guard station. Loved the fact we had complimentary chairs & an umbrella. The beach was clean with beautiful white sand, not crowded with party people it was mostly just families with children. The one & only thing that I would have wanted different would be the bunk beds mattresses to be softer & the boys pillows not to have had the plastic covers on them, they said weren't very comphy but understandable for younger children to protect the bedding. Glad there was extra bedding & pillows furnished in the closet so we pulled the sofa bed out and put the foam padding over it (extra padding under the master bed) and they took turns sleeping there & it was very comfortable. Kyle was a wonderful person to work with, this has been one of the most relaxing, stress free vacations I have been on in a while. Thanks Kyle for sharing this beautiful condo with our family. We loved it & would recommend it to any one wanting to have a great vacation!

My mom and I recently spent a week at Gulf Dunes. We are both very particular about cleanliness and our room exceeded our expectations. Our unit was nicely decorated and the kitchen was set-up for those of us who like to cook. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the beach was very clean. Each morning the chairs and umbrella were set-up on the beach for us, all we had to do was sit down and enjoy the sunshine! We will not hesitate to rent the unit again!

Nothing can take the excitement from my kids except the moment we get to the gulf dunes. We are return vacationers and will continue to be. the condo is spacious and always clean. The location is in a good area. I love having the beach as the view and listening to the waves as we drift off to sleep.

Very nice place. Well equipped. Comfortable beds! Nothing to complain about with the unit. Having a code to enter the room was a luxury! No lost keys! I can say it is a little loud in the evening, if you want to sit and listen to the waves, since it right above the pool. We have kids so this was fine for us. The owner, Kyle is easy to work with and very nice. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

For a last minute, unplanned New Year's get-a-way this could not have been any nicer! Conveniently located to shopping, firework displays, fishing pier and much more. It was difficult to leave the condo with its coziness and serenity. Loved the balcony that overlooks the heated pool and has a panoramic view of the Gulf and is literally steps from the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Perfect way to start the New Year although we highly recommend anytime of year!!

Wonderful Condo, much larger than I thought it would be. Loved, loved the view of the ocean from our living room. Very clean, master bed was so comfortable husband meant to look and see what kind of mattress but forgot. Loved being so close to the pier. Very safe and friendly atmoshphere. Would definitely use again!!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was perfect for the two of us but could have easily accomodated 4 more.
It was clean, comfortable, convenient to local businesses, restaurants, shopping etc.
The short walk to the gorgeous white sand beach was ideal and having the pool right downstairs was great. We also loved having the daily beach chair/umbrella rental included with our stay.
Our only disappointment was that the "June Grass" was still around in august - but that had nothing to do with the actual condo itself but rather Mother Nature. -

The room was very tidy, and had all the necessary essentials. The bed was comfy, and the kids loved the bunkbeds, although manuveing up and down from the top bunk was tricky for my little ones. The view of the ocean was beautiful, and the keyless entry was very conveinent! We watched the dolphins from the balcony, and there were plenty of places nearby to eat and explore. We hope to return soon!

My family and I were very happy with our stay. The unit had everything we needed and more. Very clean, and awesome view of the water and beach. Having the chairs included makes it the best value around! We will definately tell our friends about this unit. Very small downside is being above and to the right of the pool noise. Not horrible enough to not want to return. We would definately like to stay again.

My daughters and granddaugters really enjoyed our "giirls only trip to the beach. I have been going to the Florida and alabama beaches at least once a year for many years. This condo was great. It was very fresh and clean, had everything we needed, great view of the beach. Water was beautiful and everyone in our party (especially the teenagers enjoyed our stay. This condo was a great deal, every convenience and great price. I would definitely return and have already recommended it to others. Also enjoyed the keyless entry, great idea: didn't have to worry about who hsd the keys. Also loved the free use of beach chairs and umbrella. I usually have to pay for this service then feel obliged to use it more oftern than I want too

My husband & I love this condo. We go to the beach 2 times a year, April & September. It is very clean, comfortable, and has everything we need when we arrive! We took our family for a long weekend stay, it was our two
yr olds first time at the beach! The white sands of the beach along the front of the condo were gorgeous and the two rental chairs that are furnished by the owner of this condo are terrific and convenient! The pool was clean and well maintained, and plenty of chairs to lounge in, along with covered table for a picnic. Many local shops and restaurants were just a short stroll up the street. Combination lock makes not having to keep up with a key very convenient! Our entire family slept comfortably and had all the conveniences of home. Already book our next stay, and bringing extended family! -

We had a wonderful late summer vacation to celebrate my Grandmother's 86th birthday and we were very pleased with this unit. Everything was very convenient to us like elevators, parking space, pool and walk to the beach. There was no long trek to a parking garage across the street as in many of the new condos in Destin and Panama City.
We absolutely love Okaloosa Island! It is lovely and very laid back and relaxing. The water was crystal clear while we were there! The condo is nicely decorated, clean and neat and had everything we needed. It was such a treat to drink our coffee every morning on the balcony and soak in the beautiful view! We can't wait to go back! -

This was our second stay & we plan on many more! The condo is very clean. Beautifully decorated, we love the whole feel of the place. The private balcony view is amazing. Overlooking the pool & beach. I love how the kitchen is supplied with all of your cooking needs. The kids love the bunk beds. (ages 5 & 6) We enjoyed walking the beach to the pier & stopping for dinner at one of the many beach side restaurants. Very Nice Vacation Spot!!!

My best friend and I took our 15 and 16 year old boys with us for spring break and had a terrific time. The location was good - not too crowded but convenient. The unit is right above the pool and has a full ocean view. We could not have been more pleased.
