Featuring flatscreen TVs in living room and bedroom as well as WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS! the owner updated the condo with brand new living room furniture in March 2012! New kitchen and over the range microwave in April 2013! The owners take care of this property and keep updating it each time they visit.

Wireless services were never working despite multiple efforts over several days. (Sat-Tue) That was a tremendous disappointment. Having wireless/internet access was one of the main reasons we decided to stay there in the first place. The newspaper in the machine was dated for the friday before we got there and was never changes. I was not going to put any money in it just to see if they were changing the daily paper. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The unit was very clean. We had a great view and we had easy beach access.

We had a great time at this beautiful location! The only complaint was the total lack of paper products and weird assortment of kitchen appliances and utensils.

Nice place to stay. Bed was bad . We sunk in the middle,so I ended up sleeping on the couch. I would recommend the owners buying a new one . Everything else was good.

We really liked the condo. It was clean, had nice appliances, and was wonderful having the washer and dryer! The view from the living room was priceless!! Only wish the pool were on the beach side rather than parking lot.

The view from the condo was perfect & the condo itself was nice. 2 problems - the a/c in the unit makes a very loud noise when running that is very disturbing when trying to sleep (sounds like a maintenance problem); and the property's one elevator went
out of service while we were there and we had to trudge up and down to the 5th floor several times each day - it was out of service during our 4 day stay and we were told it would be out of service for 3 weeks! Fortunately we did not have anyone handicapped
or elderly in our party. I thought this merited giving us a discount but the management staff said "it was out of their control". -

We have stayed at Emerald Towers West before when our kids were younger. They did not like that fact that the pool is street side rather than gulf side. This is not a problem for us - we're interested in the view from the balcony. This had a lovely view and unit 5004 was nicely appointed. The a/c was making a lot of noise when running that would have kept those awake who might be sleeping on the couch or in the bunk beds. Our main complaint is that the lone elevator at the property was out of order the day after we checked in and stayed out the entire time we were there. The property management company said it would be 3 weeks before it was repaired. It was this attitude that prevents me from recommending this property. If I had known we were going to have to lug all our stuff up 5 flights of stairs, twice a day for 4 days - no thanks.

My husband and I spent five days here for our 10th anniversary. When we entered the condo, the view of the gulf took my breath away! Everything was just perfect from the decor to the beach service. We were able to use our laptop with the free wireless. The amenities were awesome. Free movies, free daily round of golf, free dolphin cruise and kids activities, though our trip didn't include kids! I don't think I could have asked for anything more! Would love to come back again in the future!

The property had no paper towels, coffee filters, or hair dryer--these are commonly in all property rentals.
There were bugs in the bathroom.
Check-in and check-out in a remote location is very unhandy.
Never figured out how to get our free beach umbrella and chairs--number on the card didn't work for these items. -

we enjoyed the stay. we got in late and had trouble finding the office to get our key. once we did, things went smoother. the sign was partially on the building so it was a little hardm to find, but we got there and after that,all went well. william gordon

The team at Brooks & Shorey Resorts removes the guess-work from those seeking a holiday at the beach. I am a return guest at Emerald Towers West; I happen to enjoy that set of condos. I am confident next holiday will be scheduled with B&S; Resorts. I simply wish I could go back sooner than later.

When i check in i was told that the unit had a bad fish smell,i was down there for two days on business had i was staying longer i would of requested another unit or some type of compesition,i spent 20.00 on air freshners and candles that helped a little,

I recommend staying at Emerald Towers West!!! The location was convienent and close to everything. Everyone was nice and helpful at check in. The room was very clean, the view was awesome!!!! My husband and I really enjoyed our visit!!! We will return again next year!!! Hopefully to unit 5004 again!!!

ETW is a very nice quiet small complex. We loved the fact that the pool is on the street side so that you do not have to see it or hear the pool guests when sitting on your balcony and viewing the ocean. The condo was very nice. Our suggestion for this condo is to put up DRAPES in the master bedroom. Too much light comes thru the blinds in---from the hallway lights that stay on all night.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at Emerald Towers West! Our property was clean and neat. The view from the balcony was outstanding! The chairs and umbrellas they put out for us were nice and the beaches were gorgeous! We would definitely stay again!
