Description
A small lovely "Doll House" in a rural location. It's our guest house, across the driveway from the main house, and we're the only two residences situated on 16 acres in the middle of Finger Lakes wine country (five wineries are within walking distance!), Just a mile from the Finger Lakes National Forest and two miles from Seneca Lake, it comes with free parking, high-speed internet, cable TV, heat, A/C, double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee beans for the grinder, and a small deck overlooking your own back yard. Sturdy shoes will take you through our woods and to Sawmill Creek gorge which runs across our property.
Perfect for a romantic getaway, peaceful respite or writer's retreat.
NOTE: We give weekly and monthly discounts, but we have firm "no pets" and "no smoking" policies.

“Fantastic gorge”
The residential gorge was fantastic! Very convenient location to town, WGI, and many waterfalls. Hosts Ellen and Jeremy where very accommodating. We look forward to our return on Labor Day.

Response from the owner When owners are only consistently told by their guests how wonderful and enjoyable their stay is, with never a mention of any negatives, it's impossible for owners to address anything during that stay, and quite disheartening to read a public statement about dissatisfactions that were never voiced privately. Nonetheless, we take every review seriously. We are addressing these concerns and are also installing a new air conditioner.
