With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 205 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via the private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. the unit is in a very nice location,ocean access,pool,town etc.The unit is sowing much age,refrig,rust stains,walls,molding stains,master bedroom carpet very soiled,bed very uncomfortable,balcony furniture needs replacement.master bath shower fixtures not working properly.Overall if i was the owner i would ask myself honestly what needs updating.I would rent at Shorewood but not 205 as is.

Always enjoy staying at Shorewood. Always have been put in a nice condo. This year, the view was wonderful and I liked being so close to the ocean. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and up to date counters, showers, etc. Sliding glass door easy to open and close -- a plus. Bed great, but need to have deeper sheets. Everything else was great. Thanks

Unit needs to be refurbished. The curtains are dirty, sofa had stains, the deck furniture is stained and worn out, the ceiling is black from filthy air filters, the wallpaper is starting to peel off, the carpet smells and has stains, the walls needs to be repainted all the baseboards were dirty, furniture was dusty. Cleaning people did come in to mop and vaccuum when we complained but not sure who is responsible for deep cleaning and changing air filters. I put sheets on the sofa and towels on the chairs so we could get through the week. I bleached the sinks and cleaned the bathroom myself. We kept the unit because we had other family members at this resort otherwise we would have asked to be put somewhere else. Very disappointed have stayed at Shorewood for the past 5 years and this is the first bad experience we have had. Lesson learned not to wait to book should have been a warning when this was 1 of a couple units left. This unit is overpriced for what we got.

OVerall our stay was great and we had a lot of fun. The condo was nice and very clean, especially the bathrooms, which is nice. The only complaints I have are the kitchen and the second bedroom. The kitchen did not have appropriate cooking utensils. The pot pans, ect were of worse quality than I had in college, they were completely unusable, I had a hard time finding something to cook something as simple as mac and cheese in and what I did find, was quite pitiful. Also the second bedroom was not very inviting and needs some updating, the furnature was old, chipped and dirty. But the rest of the condo was VERY nice and we did enjoy our time there very much! The living room was very nice with a beautiful view, the master and the bathrooms were very nice as well. We would definately stay there again! Thanks!

Would not recommend or rent 205 again due to owner/family in 305 who were very noisy during our stay in June. Would rent other units away from 305.
