With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 431 enjoy a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Shorewood pool area. After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via Shorewood's beach walkway and then dip into the freshwater swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. The whole kitchen was renovated which was very nice. However the two bathrooms need renovation badly and the carpet needs to be cleaned. I love Shorewood

Property was very clean and basic. I vacation in Hilton Head several times a year and this is an average rental. It is a basic condo - older property (like most places on the island), not updated on the whole, but clean. The location was great - you are near Coligny Plaza, but far enough away from the public beach access that it's not too crowded. Biggest plus is they have a brand new pool - the water temperature is cooled and heated in order to maintain a constant temperature! It is also a "walk in" pool. Bathroom facilities located by the pool also, which many properties don't have. Pool was wonderful!!

The only problem with this unit was that the kitchen floor was not clean and the area mats were dirty. The kitchen was very well equipped. All in all it is a very nice unit.
