2 bed room, 2 bath fully equipped condo picture windows in all rooms vaulted ceiling overlooking lake
Private, wooded condo development with 2 pools 2 tennis courts and 2gas barbeques with cooking area in back yard at the end of a dead end street. Pool directly out front door. Pool has facilities. The tennis courts are also out the front door and are in excellent condition. There is a small children's play ground with small slide and little tree fort. The Shipyard golf course is in the backyard. At night the golf course is a nice walk when you tire of the beach. Condo resides in Shipyard Plantation a gated community with a attended gated entrance. Shipyard also has a Beach with facilities for a more social beach atmosphere with attending life guards in season only. Balcony overlooks small lake where you can see the fish jump trying to elude the water birds swimming underwater trying to capture lunch. If you very fortunate, the fish eagle will also try for lunch by diving in the lake snatching the bass without entering the water. Beautiful sight..
