Surf Court 63 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. This property is 1.5 blocks from the beach and also from Van der Meer Tennis Center. King bed in master bedroom, 2 new (Sept 2021) queen bed in bedroom two, living room sleeper sofa. Vacationers seeking a good value and don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean (.21miles/5 minutes) and like parking at the front door of their condo will feel at home here. A spiral staircase from the living room balcony provides easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large recently renovated swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and the Low Country Celebration Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Surf Court 63 has been remodeled with a new master bathroom and updated kitchen with a new (Oct. 2021) refrigerator with ice maker.
