123 Forest Beach villas is an absolutely adorable 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with fantastic lagoon views. Step inside and you will find a spacious great room complete with a 50” wall mounted flat screen HDTV, a comfortable sitting, and a dining area where you can relax after a day at the beach. The east facing balcony overlooks a beautifully landscaped lagoon area with fountain sprinkler, new patio set and a ceiling fan to help enjoy the outdoor space.
The remodeled full kitchen includes a dishwasher, new oven range, microwave, a new large refrigerator and granite counter tops. You will find everything you need to cook a gourmet dinner if you so desire. The full-size front-loading washer and dryer is conveniently tucked under the counter at the far end of the kitchen. The large Master Bedroom suite features a king size bed, sitting area, and a wall mounted 37” flat screen HDTV. There is plenty of space for all your belongings. Master Bath includes an over sized shower with glass doors and a custom-made vanity area complete with granite.
On the other side of the villa, you will find two additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has been recently remodeled with a new queen bed and cable HDTV. Bedroom 3 has been recently remodeled with two twin beds and a 32” HDTV. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a spacious, remodeled bathroom located in the hallway. The villa comes stocked with board games, beach toys, and a small library of books along with hi-speed internet. Complex amenities include a pool, tennis courts and private, covered free parking. The location of this property affords easy access to the beach (a 5 min walk), shopping, restaurants, and the full service grocery store in the Coligny Plaza area.
