It is fully furnished, full size bed, cable TV, access to high-speed wireless Internet, kitchen with appliances (stove, oven, big fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, dishes, etc). It also includes dining table, laundry room, gym, big swimming pool.

How do damage deposits work?
