Fantastic 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath townhome just 200 steps to the beach. Relax in Paradise at #116 52nd Street in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and enjoy all the comforts that this beautifully furnished townhome has to offer. Newly decorated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new front loading washer dryer and much more. Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and flat screen HD TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 new twin beds purchased in 2014, large closet and color TV. Updated June 2014 new birch wood flooring upstairs. There is a front and back patio both with table and chairs to relax at. The back patio has a new 3 burner gas grill with dining area. It also has the benefit of a large fenced in side yard since it is the end unit closest to the beach. There is also an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a fun and relaxing day at the beach. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, boutiques, marina and much more. We take great pride to ensure your stay in fantastic. The unit is stocked with many non-perishable items. There are also beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, a wagon and some beach toys all provided as well as many other ameneties, see list. It is extremely clean and will feel like home. There are no pets allowed and no smoking.
