This 1-story Spanish villa has 4 beautiful bedrooms—the master suite in the main house and 3 in a separate wing. Stunning Sundance Villa is perfect for big golf retreats, retirement celebrations, work conferences, and grandparents looking to host children and grandchildren. It’s just minutes to ball parks and lovely walking trails, and you can relax in comfort and beauty at home in a heated pool and spa surrounded by lush, manicured gardens.

The Main House -

We’ll start in the kitchen, an inviting, open-air room with plenty of space to laugh and talk while you prepare memorable vacation dinners, plus a kitchen bar and pretty dining area. Then there’s the family room, which looks as though it were pulled from a modern-day palace! Curl up on dramatic velvet couches by the fireplace, and hone your pool playing skills across the room at an eye-catching beige billiards table—perhaps you can set up a vacation-long tournament for your guests!

The master suite also has a palatial feel—luxuriate in polished dark wood, striking pops of red, and a gorgeous, airy bathroom with lots of room for two to get ready to hit the town.

The Guests Wing -

Beautiful guest wing has 3 bedrooms—1 with a heavenly king-size memory foam mattress, and 2 pretty and unique queen-size rooms. Between the bedrooms and a casually elegant loft, there’s plenty of room for family, friends, or coworkers to spread out! Add in premium channels like HBO on every TV in the villa (5 HD flatscreens!) and Surround Sound in the family room, and you know you’ve found a rental that’s truly special.

The Pool & Spa -

Let’s take it out back, shall we? Put your cocktails down and take a dip in the shimmering Shasta Pebble Tech heated pool, or take your drink with you into the 6-person, 55-jet Jacuzzi!
