This terraced cottage is located in Llan Ffestiniog in Snowdonia and can sleep two people. 2 Bryn Tirion is a terraced cottage in the village of Llan Ffestiniog in Snowdonia. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate ground floor shower room, a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside there is parking across the road on grass verge and a terraced garden with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful countryside, 2 Bryn Tirion is a lovely romantic retreat in North Wales

Washing machine and tumble dryer in shower room. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking across road on grass verge. Small front patio and enclosed rear terraced garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 5 mins walk.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  I don't believe many people had stayed at this delightful cottage before our stay, as everything looked brand new. The standard of finish to this new refurbished property was excellent. The owner was friendly and met us on our arrival, showing us around the cottage. All in all a lovely little place to stay, well placed for walking or climbing etc. It had everything we could need for a short stay in some wonderful countryside.
